At Thrive-Together-Network, our small cohort-based workshops invite you to pause, explore, and reconnect—
with yourself, your story, and a caring community of others who understand.
Each session blends creativity, compassion, and support to help you “discharge the tough stuff”
and rediscover your strength.

Discover the healing power of expressive writing in a compassionate, guided environment designed to help you release what’s heavy and reconnect with your inner resilience.

Workshop Details

  • 12-week workshop series held on Zoom, *90 minutes per week.

  • Limited to 12 participants per cohort

  • Choose Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays starting April, 2026

  • Times: 10:30–12:00 p.m. or 12:30–2:00 p.m. *Minimum 8 required per cohort.

  • Facilitated by Jocelyn Bystrom, M.Ed. Leadership & Counselling, Adlerian School Counsellor, Founder of Thrive-Together-Network, Author, of FiNDing Hope: The Mind-Body Connection & Importance of Being Seen and Heard.

Pricing - $199.00

Payment Secures Your Spot: Your payment confirms your registration for the cohort of your choice based on availability. In the event that your preferred cohort is full or doesn’t gather enough registrations to run, rest assured that you’ll have options. We will offer you the opportunity to join another cohort that fits your schedule. If none of the alternatives work for you, we guarantee a full refund. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless and valuable experience with us.
